2009 Hazen Flea Market Rules
1. Please try NOT to pack up to leave before 3:00 PM Sunday.
2. NO SALES prior to 7:00 AM on Saturday.
3. Vendors cannot rent out their spots to other vendors unless approved by Flea Market Staff.
4. Food and Drink sales must be approved by the Flea Market Staff.
5. No pornographic materials are to be sold or displayed
6. Live animal sales are not permitted.
7. All spaces are to be left as found. Any garbage left MUST be in garbage bags.
8. Flea Market Staff have the right to eject vendors and/or any other persons accompanying them who are not complying with the rules or who become unruly.
9.THE DISPLAY OR SALE OF ANY DRUG PARAPHERNALIA OR ANY ITEM WHICH MIGHT BE CONSTRUED AS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
10. The Flea Market and Fire Company are Not responsible for theft or damage.
11. Any vendor found selling illegal merchandise will be ejected permanently .
12.Vendors are responsible for a valid PA sales tax license.
